
One of the most onerous of cyber communication activities engaged in under the topic of advertisement, “junk mail” has emerged as a universal problem faced by computer communication users. The popular term for this form of unpopular unsolicited advertisement is called “SPAM”.
Spam is an old computer term, which once was used to describe the failure of a program to successfully complete due to an error in properly managing data. Now the term spam has come to mean junk email.

USACM joined other groups in endorsing a SPAM privacy position. A letter sent to
members of Congress outlined strong, effective and sensible solutions to
limiting the growth of SPAM. (
